Established job hazard assessments for liquid nitrogen tanks, glass washer, and hazardous chemicals. Conducted validation of a new bioassay method, which included data analysis for FDA filing. Coordinated purchasing of lab equipment, service contracts, and equipment installation. Delivered training to lab personnel on liquid handling systems such as Biomek, RapidPlate, and Tecan Instruments. Wrote and presented peer reviews. Trained lab personnel in IQ/OQ/PQ process in addition to leading GMP review of the IQ/OQ/PQ vendor documents. Orchestrated technology transfer of BIAcore method and Bioassay Methods. Generated working cell banks for bioassay. Defined Out-of-Specification (OOS) SOPs utilizing TrackWise, Invalid Procedure, Control Charting, and Chemical Handling.
