Daily Duties at Shire Hgt:
Drive quality control analysis of release, stability, in-process, and non-routine samples. Supervise lab personnel to assure proper execution of analytical procedures. Perform assay troubleshooting, including data trending and analysis using JMP software. Monitor QC laboratory activities utilizing LIMS in support of laboratory operations. Ensure compliance of laboratory operations such as instrumentation, documentation, and SOPs. Facilitate method transfer and validation of new analytical procedures. Lead development of technical protocols, reports, and memos. Actively contribute to preparation of regulatory filings. Partner with various departments to achieve successful resolution of testing, operational, and compliance issues. Generate Quality Systems documents, including deviations, change control, CAPA, GMP Investigations, OOT, QHR, and OOS investigations. Administer PathWise and Trackwise quality systems. Direct investigations of aberrant, OOS, and OOT results pertaining to laboratory and process excursions. Analyze and resolve compliance gaps.
