Daily Duties at Us Air Force, 60th Aerial Port Squadron:

Accountable for daily operations on largest base in the AF and 530 personnel supporting global traffic management services, including passenger and cargo movement on airlift missions while maintaining deployment capability. Direct logistics operations for 36K travelers on 4K flights annually, as well as directing loading of over 6K tons of supply assets on 600 aircraft on monthly basis. Manage a $5M operations and maintenance budget and $500K in supplies. Direct daily operations of passenger terminal and 50 special and general purpose vehicles, as well as re supply depot housing $8B in war reserve materials, and material handling equipment worth $250M. Direct 250 staff in cargo processing, load planning, special handling, supply chain, and vehicle operational functions.
