Daily Duties at Eaton Electrical Services:
Commissioned, maintained and provided emergency support on power electrical and electronics at customers' sites. Performed design reviews, prepared test procedures and reports, coordinated and oversaw on-site testing. Provided preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment start-up and field modifications. • Performed inspections, maintenance and repairs on electrical substations and transformers, low to high voltage switch gears/ motor control centers, including Hipot, insulation resistance and overportential tests. • Conducted primary and secondary injection test on low voltage/low voltage power circuit breakers and medium voltage breakers, including contact resistance, insulation resistance, overportential and integrity tests. • Performed thermo graphic survey (Infrared Scan)/NEC & OSHA review on all switch gears, distribution panels, utility transformers, incoming section of switch gears, breakers and cables. Pinpointed potential hazards. • Tested and troubleshoot medium voltage systems to ensure products meet defined specifications.
