Developed SOWs and installation specifications for integration of collocation sites of Newsouth and Nuvox Communications. Additionally created, changed, and updated customer records using Visio to accurately reflect additions and modifications. Submitted installation packages to field personnel and tracked shipment of equipment to sites. Provided customer service, answering questions and resolving issues pertaining to engineering and equipment installation.
