1) design, generation and characterization of transgenic and knockout mouse models for purpose of medical embryology (Hirschsprung disease and renal dysphasia); 2) developing of new research protocols to accomplish research tasks and independent work in the laboratory to directly carry out project plans; 3) animal care, genotyping, and dissection; 4) organization and supervision of the laboratory work of students; 5) contribute to scientific publications, symposiums and conferences.
