Daily Duties at 4thsource Inc:

Oversee the development team to enhance and reengineer of existing application (RXHOME) for Client Accredo Health Inc. Client primary business is healthcare and managing specialty pharmacy. RxHome application is home grown and developed on Oracle Database and Oracle tools like Developer9i, PL/SQL. • Develop strategic partnership with Vice President responsible for managing architecture, analysis, near shore design and development of the project. • Developed policies, procedures and process for offshore development and successfully built near shore team to deliver projects. • Managed team of developers on client site and offshore to architect, design, develop, test and implement reengineered modules like prescription screen, patient information console, reports etc. • Responsible for preparing Project Plan, assembling teams, planning resources based on the business requirement documents. Worked with business and functional consultants to understand the scope of the project and work with Tech Leads to build the plan. • Created technical architecture, analysis and design for multiple projects. • Coordinated near shore development activities which included daily con call, clarification of design issues, testing issues, discussion of project plan and release management, • Responsible for resource management, budget, interfacing with key business stake holders and partners; and Statusing the program directors.
