Daily Duties at Accredo Heath Inc, A Esi Company:
Serve in Senior IT management capacity for managing team of 20 onsite resources and 50 or more offsite for Accredo software development group. Oversee $15M capital budget and $3M expense budget every year. Partner with business unit leaders to design and implement system capabilities to automate operation to control costs. Spearhead up to 10 to 12 concurrent project through CMMI project management methodologies. Responsible for managing Revenue Cycle Managemet(RCM) COE (Center of Excellence) to deliver RCM capabilities as part of Medco 2.0 project for specialty pharmacy. Working with multiple COE’s and managing delivery team to build Horizontal Applications using SCRUM/Agile methodology and using Grid Computing, SOA technology and PEGA PRPC 6.1.
