Daily Duties at Coventry Health Care:
Coordinate injured workers care, communicating and keeping all parities (adjuster, physician, client, employer, attorney, etc) on the same page. Educating professionals and clients to medical treatment. In addition educating clients the need to adhere to his/her treatment plan. Ordering/collaborating/scheduling clients for diagnostics, treatments, physical/occupational therapy, work conditioning, etc. Assisting in obtaining second opinions/IME, trouble shooting and resolving issues. Saving the account finances through research, education, and treatment measures.
