Daily Duties at Valuable Management, Inc.:

Manage and cultivate organizational entities with up to 2500 employees. Serve as change agent to improve the efficiency and profitability of an organization by identifying and addressing problematic issues that prohibits an organization from optimizing its economies of scales. Develop strategic approaches and solutions to resolve these issues which include building organizational cultures of respect, enhancing funding alternatives, integration of technology and the organizational environment, use of SWOT and other organizational methodologies for developing strategic plans and business plans, reorganizations to enable an organization to operate within the ethical and boundaries for their industry, developing communication models to promote positive team relationships, etc.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future.
