Seek out new Prospects and Clients, Extend our brand through associations and referral/leads groups and other opportunities, website technical support. I would network with different folks looking for new business for our marketing company. This included follow up e-mails, cold calls and warm calls. i would look for opportunities to get our name out. I was responsible for the financial aspect of the business - balance the budget, ensure proposals made us money, do the bookkeeping - accounts payables- accounts receivables. I also implemented some company marketing needs on our end - posts of facebook, twitter and linkedin. I installed wordpress and joomla for our website build clients and be the technical back end in installing and troubleshooting issues. I've learned that in marketing, companies want it all with out paying for it and they want results yesterday where as marketing efforts take time - as some clients are long lead times where as others are shorter but you have to get the right message to the right person at the right time and that is difficult to do.
