Daily Duties at Global Service Organization:
1) Global Testing & measurement Equipment Coordinator, with visibility into equipment purchases and global approval. 2) Working along with technical support group to satisfy all Engineering requirements for testing of all Tellabs products. 3) Research, evaluate and purchase transmission equipment, cables, and special testing tools. 4) Communicating with Development Engineering Organization. Developed a more reliable way of performing Test & Acceptance: (Outages reduction, less human intervention during assigned activity). 5) Communicating with vendors. Investigate and introduce cost effective technologies for test equipment available in the market place. 6) Perform necessary research to reduce the operating cost of Global Operations Customer Services. 7) Communicating with the Marketing/Sales Organization to confirm all Tellabs products sales opportunities forecast. 8) Generate and submit a yearly budget plan for the field operation.
