Daily Duties at We The People:

• Supervised a team of over 35 legal document processors which included the recruitment, training and developmental needs for the company’s central processing centers in Santa Barbara and Salt Lake City with an annual budget of over $8 million. • Conducted research in over 30 states in order to create proprietary materials and templates for all products. • Conducted periodic audit(s) to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures. • Acted as in-house paralegal for any corporate litigation. • Served as primary liaison with all local officials on all labor issues.
