• Through a relationship style of selling and superior follow up I have grown the territory over 4 million dollars since my start date. • I have easily established rapport with distributors, dealers, and peers in all age, cultural, and belief groups • I developed webinar trainings for my regional team on communicating with skill and professionalism • I take part in 90 day planning sessions and creative thinking meetings in order to develop growth plans • I have been chosen year after year to represent Tyco Security Products at national security trade shows and associations • I am responsible for scheduling and conducting sales and technical training seminars at both the dealer and distribution level • I am responsible for managing multiple distribution sites with product and inventory management, sales training and support, customer relations, and team selling.
