Daily Duties at W.W.L. Vehicle Services:
• Managed day-to-day operations of the department. • Supervised and provide leadership for approximately 12 employees on a rotating schedule. • Enforced safety methods and procedures in the shop, rail and distribution areas. • Ensured safety regulations are in compliance according to the American Association of Railroads (AAR). • Coached and provided constructive feedback to improve employee morale. • Conducted performance evaluations. • Conducted training and certification for Forklift Operation. • Monitored time and attendance for subordinates. • Met with Operations Manager to set and meet goals and objectives. • Developed and maintained Standard Operations Procedures.
