Daily Duties at Beavex Inc.:

 Coordinate with morning Dispatch to ensure coverage on all night bank routes.  Verify all delivery POD’s from all IC’s drivers and close out in CXT system.  Contact all customers for any rescheduling for deliveries  Contact customers for any issues that may arise on shipments (i.e. wrong address, vehicle breakdown)  Contact all bank route drivers to verify route starting as scheduled.  Handle all calls from IC drivers regarding any issues on bank routes.  Contact National Transportation for banks to inform of any issues in banks or route running late.  Enter in all bank issues in CXT system for documentation for Beavex and Banks.  Verify at days end all bank routes complete and documentation turned at scheduled time.  Load & unload semi-trucks of next day product delivery.  Create delivery tickets for drivers for next day deliveries.
