Daily Duties at G2 Design Studios:

The client would contact me when they zeroed in ona property that wanted to rehab and sell. After touring the perspective home to be flipped i would come up with a design utilizing CAD, sketches and renderings. I would show it to the client and after their approval, I would create the construction drawings. A contractor would be selected and i would concurrently work with the contractor and client to ensure that the project ran smoothly, on schedule and within budget. I would walk the client through all phases of design and answer any questions and address any concerns.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
