P&L responsibility for 175 room boutique hotel food and beverage department to include Room Service, Restaurant, Lounge and banquets. manged a staff of 25 employees with revenues of $7 million. Manage Restaurant Union Local 6 contract. Develop departmental menus. Execute all corporate food and beverage initiatives and branding partnerships.
