Manager hiring/firing and training of employees. Ordered office and nutritional supplies in the most economical way, i.e., some nutritional companies gave price breaks on the number of bottles ordered and other companies gave price breaks on a certain dollar amount. So, I ordered accordingly so ensure the best wholesale price and ensure the biggest profit margin. I also supervised employees and made sure that everything was running smoothly each day. If a problem came up that an employee did not know how to handle, she came to me for help and I either told her how to handle it or we discussed it and came up and an answer together. I liked having the employee help come up with the answer because it fostered self-esteem, self-reliance, and gave her a stake in the outsome.
