Coordinated total patient care for a free standing Hospice with an ADC of 72 covering 18 counties. Staff and client scheduling, determining client acuity, coordination of care between various disciplines, coordination of staff development and education, employee discipline and evaluation, development of job descriptions and compliance with OSHA regulations.
