Daily Duties at Gaylord National Resort And Convention Center:
Operated 350 seat Steak House Restaurant with 100 employees- Old Hickory, a 2 story night club/lounge -POSE Ultra Lounge ($6million construction cost) 18th and 19th floor- which became one of Washington DC 'hot spots' in the lounge sector and hosted several celebrity events---and a lobby lounge that was the anchor establishment for the Gaylord national. combined Food and Beverage cost for all 3 =30% Labor =28%. Developed bottle service concept, recruit and train all F&B staff on service and standards.
