Daily Duties at Fiber Line, Inc:
Determine and provide the required training for each employee in each operation. Ensure compliance with all ISO-9001-2000 documentation and implementation requirements. Ensure all ISO-9001-2000 manufacturing documents are properly controlled, updated, and circulated. Works in conjunction with the IT department to design and implement new systems to increase efficiency of manufacturing processes. Floor Supervisor for the first shift. Communicate work requirements and guidelines to second and third shift Production Supervisors. Evaluate the performance of the first shift employees to determine the best applicability of an individual’s talents and desires. Effectively motivate all manufacturing employees to consistently generate high quality output. Demonstrate complete familiarity with the Company’s 2-week production schedule, a thorough knowledge of each production job in process, a firm understanding of any job priorities, and a complete knowledge of the paperwork flow. Demonstrate complete knowledge of all specifications and Standard Operating Procedures. Assists in the interview and hiring process of new manufacturing employees. Handles manufacturing employee issues including discipline and termination. Manages inventory levels of manufacturing supplies, tubes, pallets, and cardboard.
