Managed the integration of independent wind and solar resource assessment, design engineering and financial analysis. Expanded team resources from 3 to 80 staff through organic growth, strategic acquisition and integration. Core services included large scale wind and solar resource prospecting, turbine purchase due diligence and field testing, project design and balance of plant engineering, production profiling, and project risk assessments. Downstream services included capital investment approvals, project finance and construction support. Operating services included SCADA data analysis/monitoring, real-time production forecasting and operational assessments. Provided resource management and scheduling to ensure project delivery from early stage prospecting through construction and into asset operation.
