•Supervision of night crew of 10 warehouse personnel in a 30,000 square foot facility. •Direct and supervise warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, storage management in support of Forencia automotive plant production line in Cottondale, Alabama. •Create work schedules, submit personnel time sheets and evaluations. •Management of master control sheets, shipping and receiving documents, updating training, separation to “quality assurance”, updating pick sheets, manifests, bills of laden and part number research. •Supervise and mange “hot shot” operations to fill fast delivery parts to prevent production line shut-downs.
