Daily Duties at Department Of Defense, U.S. Army Transportation Division:
Determined the most cost-effective mode of travel for the service members on permanent change of station moves or on temporary duty status. I was entrusted with various accountable forms such as Government Travel Requests (GTR’s) and Military Air Craft (MAC) Authorizations (DD Form 40’s). Arranged flight reservations and issued tickets for service members on their way to the Continental U.S. and within Europe. Prepared schedules and issued tickets for all rail movements for civilians and military personnel to all European destinations. Responsible for the accurate submission of time cards and for routine personnel actions for the office.
