Daily Duties at Pan American World Airways:
Assigned by Pan American Airways, as a Travel Counselor in the Frankfurt SATO-OS Office, I provided service primarily to the U.S. Military, Department of State employees, Department of Defense Civilians and their families for both official duty and leisure travel needs worldwide on all major Airlines. Effective August 1989, SATO-OS was awarded a major account with the U.S Government and evolved into a full service Agency. Under the new contractual conditions, my duties were extended to providing Bus Tours, Car Rentals, Hotel Reservations, Travel Insurance, Visit USA Passes and assistance to Frequent Flyers with special needs. Acted as the Lead Agent in the Frankfurt Hansa Allee Office when required. Provided supplemental training for newly hired personnel in the Frankfurt Cluster of offices when necessary.
