Daily Duties at Align Rehab:

• Manage staff, Hiring/firing, training staff on office protocol and office management system • Oversee Billing, collecting for both Insurance patients, Personal Injury, Workers compensation. Also, patient billing and collecting. • Maintained ledger for accounts payable & receivable, ensuring that at the end of the month everything was balanced and the distributions for the doctors was accurate. • Substitute for massage therapist when necessary • Implement EHR upgrade & attestation, HIPPA compliance, & a lot of computer tech to save the business money. • Formed relationships with other doctors, and attorneys who frequently referred patients, and to whom we referred patients • Competent using Open Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Practice Management software (Advantage/Compulink) • Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges. Often recognized for great customer service and being a “team player” • Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service.
