Daily Duties at Palmetto Health:
IT Access Management Analyst 2007 – Present Palmetto Health Columbia, South Carolina South Carolina's largest and most comprehensive, not-for-profit healthcare resource. • Create share points in Active Directory and via multiple servers to help users navigate through healthcare computerized systems. • Utilize Citrix system to create network user accounts and home directories. • Provide remote support to clients, which enable prompt and effective resolutions to users’ technical problems. • Prepare control groups for application access to Citrix and various servers. • Assist over 10,000 hospital employees and non-employees with Information Security issues. • Audit users’ access to clinical and business applications to ensure compliance with HIPAA and JCAHO regulations and standards. • Write policies relating to confidentiality agreements and privacy of users’ information.
