Participated in the administration of municipal elections such as preparation and distribution of ballot boxes. Prepare meeting agendas or packet of related information. Plan and direct the maintenance, filing, safekeeping and computerization of all municipal ddocuments. Provided customer service to the general public and county officials regarding inquiries relating to voting, elections, municipal codes, documents and certification requests. Notarized correspondence and requests as received by staff management and the general public. Retained voters records. Executed confidential records and application for birth, death and marriage certificates. Interpreted state and government handbook for county residents.
