Daily Duties at 1st National Bank Of Scotia:
Provide leadership to the Finance department. Interpret all GAAP policies for appropriate application and oversee preparation/distribution of the annual Budget to all profit centers. Conduct profit center financial analysis and report budget variances to management. Oversee vendor risk management, contract review, insurance policy administration, product profitability analysis, and IRS/Regulatory reporting to government agencies. Also provide advice to executives on liquidity, earnings, and capital level issues.
