Assisted in training new hires. Handled various levels of assignments for management and senior level staff members. Maintained high confidentiality records and documents. Processed huge amounts of beneficiary, ownership and assignment changes on Life insurance policies. Worked inter-related with Risk Management team members and staff. Answered calls, assisted in handling of caller(s) request or routed to designated personnel. Set-up, processed and assigned insurance claims (hospital and AD&D) to appropriate claim examiners or claim investigators. Assisted in purging of department files, bi-annually. Maintained reports on Excel spreadsheet.
