Schelude travel and hotel arrangements. Answered phone calls and directed calls to appropriate parties or took messages. Greeted visitors and determied whether they should be given access to specific individuals or areas. Prepared name tags/badges for on-site visitors and vendors. Operated general office machines and equipment. Maintained expense and travel vouchers for department managers. Handled and made appointments for managers and director via "electronic calendar system." Used computers and electronics to perform work optimum work status. Worked overtime "ad hoc," to achieve successful assignment and department goals.
