Daily Duties at Abbott Laboratories :

Made travel and hotel arrangements for managers and executives. Greeted visitors and determined whether they should have access to specific areas and individuals. Opened, sorted and distributed incoming correspondence , including faxes and emails. Handled administrative functions for two department directors and five managers. Assisted with onboarding of new employees. Maintained official and highly confidential records and documents. Performed various tasks as requested, ensuring professionalism. Conducted research, compiled data and prepared papers/corespondence for consideration and presentation for managers, director and requested personnel. Heavy telephone etiquette Maintained inventory of department supplies and office machines. Performed administrative duties which enhanced team member relations. Handled specific requests pertaining to receing and mailing of correspondence via UPS and/or FedEX. Worked and executed professionalism with team-members and management staff.
