Established a commercial outsourcing franchise from a ground up opportunity in central Texas that focused on skill labor needs towards electrical contractors. I developed new territory by cold calling, recruiting, negotiating labor budgets, setting short and long term goals, and servicing clients daily. Responsibilities include Account Management, payroll, invoicing, HR, collecting, and relationship building.
