Daily Duties at Creighton University/Upward Bound Program:

Recruit and retain 75 economically disadvantaged and/or first generation high school and junior high school students annually for college preparatory program. Plan, research, and author three model grant proposals. Track student and alumni performance post program. Screen, hire, train and evaluate resident advisors, teaching assistants, tutors, instructors and counselors.
