Daily Duties at State Of Nebraska, Department Of Public Institutions:
Serve as liaison between the Department and community-based providers of services for persons with developmental disabilities in the northeast region of the State. Evaluate those services for compliance with State and Federal requirements. Communicate agency policy and provide technical assistance to service providers, service coordinators, consumers, representatives of other state agencies, and the general public. Complete special projects; develop technical information and training materials; write regulations that govern community-based services for persons with developmental disabilities (Title 205 NAC; Title 202 NAC; and Title 207 NAC); write reports, respond to correspondence; and analyze grant proposals, data or other written materials as assigned. (2/1992 until 7/1994)
