Provide facilitative leadership, consultation and support to the varied components and Divisions within the Health and Human Services System in their design, implementation and alignment of work and on performance improvement. Develop strategic plans to identify, assess, and address human and system performance barriers to achieving organizational goals. Facilitate planning, problem-solving and decision-making meetings/processes to assist System leaders and teams in achieving their desired results. Coach cross-functional teams comprised of staff persons who are jointly responsible for specific products or service processes; consult with team members and provide training, technical assistance and process advice on the use of quality tools to help them achieve their desired results.
