Administer the State of Nebraska’s Health Surveillance System and all of its programs including the Communicable Disease Programs, Vector Borne Disease Program, Food Borne Disease Program, Zoonotic Disease Program and the EMS Trauma System; Provide leadership, consultation and support to the State Medical Epidemiologist, State Entomologist, State Public Health Veterinarian, Communicable Disease Program, HIV/AIDS Program Manager, Sexually Transmitted Disease Program Manager, Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Program Manager, Emergency Management Services/ Trauma System Program Manager and other professional and Administrative staff.
