Daily Duties at Southeastern Printing:

Accountable for the development and re-engineering of a business performance strategy and full operational and organizational accountabilities for the Commercial and Packaging divisions consisting of 250 associates and three facilities. Direct reports included: Three Plant Managers, HR, Quality, IT, Pre-Press, Customer Service, Maintenance, R&D, Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving, Planning, Estimating and Sales. Duties included, but not limited to: Safety Performance, Project Management, Establishment of QA and HR Policies and Procedures, Operational SOP's, Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Capital Planning, Defining Equipment Specification and Overseeing Installation, Directed Greenfield Start-up; Coordinated Packaging Plant relocation and start-up; Conducting Daily Performance Meetings, P&L Accountability, Defining Training Competencies, Managed R&D, Sales Force Accountabilities, Marketing, Estimating, Engineering and ultimately Client Relationships
