Daily Duties at Multi Color Corporation:

I was tasked with the responsibility and accountability for 1000+ associates to establish and implement the overall operational strategy and value proposition and the communication of it for eight operating business units in order to create alignment, all the CAPX planning and budgeting and P&L responsibilities for the production of prime labels with multiple printing technologies for major Consumer Product Companies. Direct reports: Director of Operations, 8 Plant Managers, Safety, Quality and Engineering. Daily requirements required ongoing follow-up, direction and operational support on capacity planning, continuous improvement and lean projects, enhancement of our quality process controls, financial analysis for exceeding budgetary performance indicators and new equipment purchases, IT support and recommendations for ERP integration and improvement, client relationships, personnel, spearheading safety and environmental regulations, senior management meetings, strategy sessions and discussions.
