Daily Duties at Res Care:
Leadership of 11 nurses, oversight for medical/nursing care for 350+ patients who lived in community residential settings and who had multiple medical diagnoses. Orientation development, training of staff, secondary oversight for 700+ staff for medical issues pertaining to patients.
