Daily Duties at Packard Foundation:

Provided Executive Assistant support to the President. Organized his calendar, appointments and meetings. Arranged catering services as needed for meetings. Worked with Board members to compile information needed for quarterly board meetings. Organized board meetings including catering and equipment set-up and any PowerPoint presentations needed by President.
