Developed and maintained project management documents and tracking tools essential to all aspects of managing clinical biomedical studies. Worked with the project manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with contract and client expectations, managed CRA, safety, medical and data project status reporting and QC prior to final distribution into electronic TMF, facilitate project financial reporting (P&L, burn rate, project time dump, study status summary, etc.), compiled and reconciled investigator payments, site and pass through invoices, Internal project review including Monthly Executive Overview Reports, Monthly Project Status Review Reports and Metrics, QC that all documents had been correctly submitted and filed correctly into the TMF prior to data lock and study close out, managed Internal Project Team and Client Meetings, oversight of study timelines and budget, facilitated investigator contracts process, generated and maintained tracking database
