Daily Duties at Frito Lay:

• Maintained operations of 110 assets and one PEC, a volume of 96,000 cases per week with 250-300 SKU's. • Managed daily operations of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, scheduling/crewing, one with ones, team meetings, training and hiring. • Addressed morale issues with weekly one with one’s and targets to achieve R&R. • Fostered a positive working environment with the resulted of training. Taught Winning with Diversity and Inclusion and Business Basic 1. • Assigned additional roles as Operations Manager, Resource Conservation Point, Zero Landfill Point, Vulcan (Bulk Case Picking) Point, CIMT Trainer Point and Harvest Process Point (Service Supply Chain).
