•Responsible for increasing Dish Network subscriber base in Central Florida region. •Develop successful outcall program to retailer base. •Provide direct assistance to retailer base with issue resolution, updates on business events, new products, technical updates, programming, and company policy enhancements. •Conduct AE training on promotions changes, company policies, product updates, and computer software and systems updates. •Assist Area Manager with accounts management.
