Daily Duties at Echostar Communications Corp.:

•Responsible for regional sales activity managing over 200+ accounts with 2 direct reports for the Central Florida region. •Develop and analyze market performance reports. •Manage travel, set goals, and recommended strategies for Retail Merchandise Coordinator to achieve company goals and standards within the territory. •Provide guidance on territory out-call program, issue resolution and follow up, and prospecting for Account Executive. •Conduct weekly sales meetings with direct reports to ensure that individual productivity was directed towards meeting all company set goals and quotas. •Provided National Accounts (Sears, Sam's Club, Costco, Target) with sales training and issue resolution assistance while maintaining sales volume. Provided quarterly reports of national accounts activity. •Monitor, collect, and analyze information on competitor’s activities and promotions within managed region and communicated them with corporate management. •Conduct monthly presentations of market activity and trends at regional manager meetings.
