Daily Duties at Supermedia Llc:

•Lead corporate trainer for the Southeast and Midwest regions training new and current inside and outside media consultants on a one on one, classroom, and virtual environment. •Trained in person, and live virtual classes using Live Meeting, which typically consisted of 10 to 30 trainees. Applied adult learning principles to motivate and facilitate learning. •Acting manager during 2 month training period when new trainees were in my care. Conducted one-on-one in field coaching during the nesting phase to increase sales performance. •Subject matter expert on software, products, services, fulfillment, and sales call process. •Instructional design/development of corporate training programs. Assessed corporate training needs, created training programs, analyzed training results, and followed up on further developmental needs. •Planned, developed, administered and conducted training and educational programs covering new employee orientation, current employee performance analysis and improvement, new product and service improvements, sales techniques, and other areas. •Provided technical and analytical support to training department and other departments. Made recommendations to aid in the successful and timely completion of projects within a product, service or functional area. Developed and assisted with new concepts, techniques and standards, and new curriculum to increase employee performance at every level.
