Daily Duties at Nicklaus Golf Equipment:

Promoted from National Sales Manager and tasked with analyzing and rectifying consistently poor production performance output, and reducing expenditures resulting from inefficient operations. Direct and managed daily operations, manufacturing and distribution at the Florida location and two California-based, multi-state fulfillment facilities. Oversaw the supervision of all management and manufacturing/distribution staff. As National Sales Manager I lead the recruitment, training and daily management of a sales force for start-up company; executed the hiring, training and daily coordination of all activities and support services for a team of seven Regional Managers and national sales staff.
