Daily Duties at United States Navy:
Led a division of 31 personnel in day to day operations including the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of two RADARS, various display consoles, and three weapon systems that are responsible for the self defense of the ship. Other duties included: mentorship, networking, problem resolution, personnel development, training, project management, writing evaluations, mediation, and when needed disciplinary action.
