Conducted both WebEx and on-site trainings for University personnel and School District officials. Visited existing clients to evaluate current needs, ensure quality assurance, and introduce new products. Continuously researched prospective clients to increase BCI revenue. Collaborated with technology departments to cultivate various products. Coordinated with senior sales teams to review product evolution and expansion. Developed close client and vendor relationships. Lead several communication efforts. Availability to clients paralleled 24 hours a day seven days a week and weekend service. Organized and maintained monthly and quarterly expense reports.
